Very happy we chose this hotel for our visit and would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast offered great self service choices, and opening times good. Staff were amazing, especially in the restaurant, the waiter we had was really attentive and helpful for my gluten free requirements and always greeted us with a smile. Receptionist Juilia was so friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was good for Vatican and had lots of restaurants in the area.

Nothing to be improved upon as far as our stay went.

Loved the staff, especially Gulia at the front desk. The rooms were super spacious and the breakfast selection was excellent. My group loved everything about this beautiful hotel. We will book here again for sure!

A Beautiful welcoming hotel in the most beautiful city!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel & we would definitely stay here again in the future. The hotel is in an excellent position with St Peter's basilica, Vatican museum's literally round the corner & all other sights & attractions a short walk over the bridge. The road the hotel is in is full of little restaurants, bars, gelato shops, souvenirs & pharmacy so everything is close to hand. The staff at the hotel are very friendly & on hand to help with questions you may have, booking taxis, advice on places & trips. The breakfast room is well set out and there is a good selection of food to fill you up for a busy day sightseeing. We were upgraded to the junior suite on arrival which was appreciated. It was very spacious with a beautiful rooftop terrace with patio furniture & the dome of St Peter's basilica in the background. Perfect room to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely interior and great location

It was a stone’s throw from Saint Peter’s Square… so a great location. The hotel was very updated. Our room was large and well designed. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this property.

One issue I had with the front desk is their lack of helpful information. In my opinion, if there is no concierge service the front desk staff should be trained to fulfill the service. We had limited time and wanted to see the Coliseum and Saint Peter’s Square . The square was recommended first then the Coliseum. If we had done it that way we would have missed going inside the Coliseum as they stop selling tickets at 5:15. You must also have identification… thank goodness we had pictures of our passports. On Wednesdays the Pope makes an appearance at 9:00. My husband was told you need a ticket…. Wrong… you need a ticket if you want to sit in a chair. You can stand in the square to see the Pope without a ticket. There was a lack of willingness or knowledge as to restaurants to recommend in spite of the fact the pedestrian street was lined with restaurants. He did give us a card for one next door for a discount.. that was it. We ended up going to an upscale , fantastic restaurant a few doors down, Arlu . It was recommended highly by an owner of a competing restaurant. We had a huge jacuzzi tub with a shower. The shower head was adjustable…not my favorite. The was no shower curtain… the floor gets wet and slipping would be an issue. The breakfast had average offerings.

Clean, Modern, Convenient and Comfortable

We booked this hotel last minute to get out of a b&b situation that turned out to be less than idea for us. Maybe because it was last minute but we got a room with a balcony (without requesting for one) and it was comparable if not a better price point than the not as nice b&b we initially booked in this same neighborhood. As many stated, the breakfast buffet is very nice. It's not a huge offering but it is quality and well presented. I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. Even though it's in a touristy area, the street it's located on is limited to foot traffic so it is not congested or overyly noisy with vehicles, and the hotel is in the middle of the block so all you see is restaurants and shops. There are a lot of convenient local businesses (laundry service, barber shops, bike rentals, grocery, etc.) just a walk down the block or around the corner. The businesses we ate at and enjoyed (Mama Eat Lab & Hadera) and one of Italy's ubiquitous refreshing water stations are literally just outside and to the left of the front door. From the hotel, it is about a 5-15 min walk to either St. Peter's Square and/or Vatican Museums - depending on how fast you walk and the time of day. Again, it's close enough to the action (you can see the hordes of tour groups in the distance!) but far enough as well. Maybe we were just tired but we never heard our neighbors or noise at night, the bed and room was a nice quiet retreat after touring museums and the city all day long. As an "established" couple traveling with no children or elderly parents in-tow, all we needed was a safe, comfortable, quiet and clean place to lay our heads at night. I would definitely stay here again. Shoots, I wish we booked this place for our entire Roma stay!

This is minor, however the room doors have an automatic shutting mechanism that slams hard, fast and shakes the room (watch your fingers!). At first I thought it was just our door, but then I could hear our neighbors doors doing the same thing. Lastly, for a newly renovated hotel, the carpets in the stairwell have a lot of wear and tear already and the walls in the public hallways and in our room, have a lot of scuff marks and gauges. If the hotel wants to retain it's posh appearance (which it still has) it should address these blemishes before it gets out of hand.

It was a wonderful trip. The beautiful Christmas decorations were amazing with all of the precipios.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect. I have recommended the hotel to a friend for a summer visit.

The elevator was a bit temperamental.

Perfect location to visit the St. Peter's. Lovely hotel rooms and a delicious breakfast available!

The double room we stayed in was a decent size, clean and bright. The coffee machine in the room is a nice touch. The breakfast was top-notch with a wide selection of food and beverages available. The atmosphere in the breakfast room was friendly and relaxed. The location is superb for anyone visiting St. Peter's with public transport to the city and beyond easily accessed within a short walk from the hotel.

Wonderful experience staying again at this fabulous hotel.

Love the location!! Wow, right by the vatican walls. Tons of wonderful restaurants and attractions. But what I liked the most was the wonderful staff. Gosh, Max and Marika were just fabulous. So friendly and helpful always with my many questions......Tons of smiles! This is my second time staying at this hotel and already planning my next stay here. Bravo!!!!

Very nice and friendly hotel, close to the Vatican with free breakfast.

The property was very clean, comfortable bed, fridge, lots of toiletries including slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The property offers free breakfast which was outstanding!

The property is very close to the Vatican. It is, however a mile, mile and a half from most other main attractions. Rome is a very walkable city but as a tourist you are walking all day. After walking all day sometimes it was a little much to walk all the way back. I was also traveling with my father so I did use Uber quite a bit even though we averaged nearly 8 miles of walking daily.

Beautiful Botique Hotel in a Charming Street of Rome

We love that it is in a very charming pedestrian zone street filled with fantastic restaurants and coffee shops. It is a short walk to the Vatican so I was able to go there every morning and enjoy the serenity of the Basilica. It is walking distance to all the sights and a short cab ride if you prefer to commute. It is very close to a shopping area. We had a lovely balcony where we watched the New Year's Eve fireworks. The room they gave us was spacious and was cleaned everyday. The staff is helpful and gave good recommendations. This place is exemplary! We will be back and highly recommends it! We always love going back to this hotel after a long day of roaming the busy streets of Rome. It has a very good vibe and very safe. The breakfast also has a good selection and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!!
